(NASDAQ: RWAY) is a specialty finance company focused on providing structured credit solutions to late- and growth-stage companies seeking alternatives to equity financing. The Company primarily invests in senior secured loans to venture- and private equity-backed businesses, as well as select non-sponsored companies, to support continued growth while minimizing dilution.
Runway Growth Finance Corp. is a closed-end investment company regulated as a business development company (BDC) under the Investment Company Act of 1940. The Company is externally managed by Runway Growth Capital LLC, a registered investment advisor1.
In January 2025, Runway Growth Capital was acquired by BC Partners Credit, a ~$10 billion AUM credit platform within BC Partners, a global alternative investment firm with approximately $40 billion in assets under management. Through this combination, Runway benefits from enhanced institutional scale, expanded resources, and broader credit capabilities, while continuing to operate with its dedicated team and investment strategy.
