On May 3, 2018, Runway Growth Credit Fund Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2018 annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, the Company’s stockholders voted on the following two proposals and cast their votes as described below.
1. | Each of Julie Persily and Lewis Solimene, Jr. was elected at the Annual Meeting to serve as a director of the Company until the Company’s 2021 annual meeting of stockholders and until his or her successor, as applicable, is duly elected and qualifies.
